Members Overview

Non-emergent medical transportation(NEMT) is a covered benefit for PacificSource Community Solutions members who have no other way to travel to their covered healthcare service. NEMT services include door-to-door rides, mileage reimbursement and bus passes to help members travel to appointments and the pharmacy.

Modivcare takes requests for routine transportation Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We recommend you schedule your rides at least 2 business days before you will need it.

If you will be using mileage reimbursement call Modivcare before your travel to obtain a trip number and travel voucher for the travel.
