Modivcare manages the non-emergent medical transportation (NEMT) for PacificSource Community Solutions members. NEMT is a covered benefit for PacificSource Community Solutions members that have no other way to travel to covered healthcare services, including pharmacy.
Healthcare providers may contract Modivcare to schedule rides for PacificSource Community Solutions members via phone, fax or using the online scheduling portal.
